In the mornings we worship dance as a sport starting the day with stretching based on the relaxation of muscles and joints improving elasticity, strengthening the bones, thus avoiding the loss of collagen and improving the quality of life.
From 12:30 to 13:30. Classes of flamenco professional sevillanas. Taught by Esther Ponce.
– Group A Monday and Wednesday
– Group B Tuesday and Thursday
Personalized work in pairs, with skirt, arms and twists for the ladies and zapateado and arms for the gentlemen.
Private classes available with castanets. Registration open from October 2017, for the trip Flamenco Cultural Valencia – Feria de Abril.
From 11:30 to 12:30 Technique and choreography of stylized flamenco. In construction. We will inform.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FLAMENCO EXPERIMENTAL: Book two weeks in advance at productions@estherponce.com.
CLOTHING: Available 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each class. You will not be able to access them outside of these hours.
