In this ocasiĂłn is a student from N.Y. City. MarĂa Fernanda studied already flamenco for three years with local teachers and she never misses any flamenco workshops from Spanish teachers who travel to NY. She definitely had in Valencia one of her best experiences!.

 One more time, I find a flamenco student who does dirty footwork because she drags her feet on the floor; which prevents a clean and musical sound.
Now she is aware of and will use it for her flamenco lessons.

We studied the sincopa sound coming from double footwork. She had no problem with that.
She learned how to coordinate wrist and hands for a better and personal flamenco arms (braceo). How to grab the skirt correctly to be ready for warm up feet.
MarĂa Fernanda already knows how to make the mother of flamenco turn âPassĂ© flamencoâ.
She now and for the first time has learned the correct body position that comes from ballet. We will continue working on that hopefully in N.Y. City.

She never imagined that in Valencia coming to a wedding she would find a professional flamenco teacher. Not only did he not hesitate for a second to do Experimental-FLAMENCO, but she repeated. Saca la flamenca que llevas dentro estå dedicado a todas las mujeres del mundo y no significa que tengas que ser flamenca o que te dediques al mundo de la danza. Es una expresión, es una manera de enfrentarse a los contratiempos que nos pone la vida y porque el flamenco tiene esa actitud de ¥aquà estoy yo!
Sacar la flamenca que llevo dentro me ha ayudado en muchĂsimas situaciones muy extremas en mi vida y no solamente hablando tĂ©cnicamente como profesional del flamenco, sino que en ese momento no tenĂa porque estar bailando, ni demostrando, ni compitiendo, ni subida a un escenario,hablo en la vida del dĂa a dĂa.
Por eso tĂș tambiĂ©n puedes sacar la flamenca que llevas dentro.Â
Una flamenca es segura, una flamenca tiene seguridad, tiene peso, tiene porte, tiene sabidurĂa y sabe estar al mando.Â
O sea que saca la que tĂș tienes de dentro y apuntate conmigo a esta aventura en la que ÂĄnos lo vamos a pasar genial ! que sabemos como empieza y no sabemos cĂłmo acaba, pero que seguro va a ser una de las experiencias mĂĄs inolvidables de tu vida.

No me ha hecho falta ser famosa para dormir en la Suite Presidencial de Hemingway en el Gritti Palace de Venecia todos mis cumpleaños.Â
Tomarme un Bellini mientras espero la gĂłndola que me llevarĂĄ a la fiesta privada del Festival de cine en el yate de mi colega el que fuera colaborador de Versace o cenar en la famosa terraza del Hotel Danieli.Â
TambiĂ©n es cierto que si me hubiese acostado con todos mis acosadores, ahora serĂa mĂĄs famosa que Sara Baras. ÂĄPERO! por mĂĄs que me duchase, no se me quitarĂa el olor a vomito del cuerpo y la frase de : âcĂłmo lo conseguĂâ serĂa la banda sonora de mi vida, que me revolverĂa las entrañas en cada aplauso.Â
Tampoco me ha hecho falta ser famosa para tener un guardaespaldas que me escolte hasta la puerta del aviĂłn, con direcciĂłn a La Embajada de America en Beirut o Ir en Limousine y beber champagne del mejor.Â
âTodo lo he conseguido con pasiĂłn, seguridad en mi misma , esfuerzo y dedicaciĂłnâ.Â

Demostrando primero a mi misma y despuĂ©s al mundo entero, que no necesito venderme a un hombre para triunfar en mi carrera. Y que saco la flamenca que llevo dentro  cada vez que se cruzan en mi camino.Â
No permitas que ningĂșn hombre te mande o te exigĂa lo que tienes que hacer.Â
Lucha por lo que quieras, viste como quieras, maquĂllate como quieras , estudia lo que quieras y jĂșntate con quien quieras.
La primera vez que un hombre te ponga la mano encima, serĂĄ su culpa, pero la segunda vez serĂĄ tu culpa por haber aguantado la primera.Â
Y si te sientes atrapada y tienes miedo a plantarle cara a tu realidad, busca la manera como si fuese el Ășltimo dĂa de tu vida de dar una señal en la farmacia, en el mercado, a un vecino que te cruces, a cualquier persona que pueda escuchar este nĂșmero : 016! y serĂĄ el primer paso a tu salvaciĂłn, a tu nueva vida, seguro que llena de todas las cosas buenas que anhelas y donde nadie te dejarĂĄ que des marcha atrĂĄs. Inmediatamente estarĂĄs protegida por la sociedad que te protegerĂĄ y te ayudarĂĄ sin condiciones . Y yo, Esther Ponce, ya estoy pensando en ti.Â
SACA LA FLAMENCA QUE LLEVAS DENTRO #SACALAFLAMENCA

Os voy a ir contando como he sacado la flamenca que llevo dentro en situaciones extremas y que ojalĂĄ y sirva para ayudar a alguna mujer para que haga lo mismo que yo.
De momento no voy a dar nombres y utilizaré motes.
Si me hubiera acostado con todos mis acosadores serĂa mas famosa que Sara Baras.

Con mi testimonio y mi propia experiencia, viviendo en diferentes paĂses del mundo y relacionĂĄndome con todo tipo de clases sociales, raza, cultura y religiĂłn, quiero darle la vuelta al drama que viven las mujeres en el mundo.
Ayudarlas a salir de ese callejĂłn oscuro, animarlas y convencerlas de que nunca tiren la toalla , de que existe un mundo maravilloso esperĂĄndoles para sacar lo mejor de ellas. Su fuerza, su belleza interior y sus ganas de salir adelante. Que no dejen de luchar por los derechos de la mujer y la igualdad de gĂ©nero. Que griten a los cuatro vientos  y que no se callen nunca, que sonrĂan y que se llenen de paz con la belleza que nos brinda Lanzarote y su naturaleza.
Que no estĂĄn solasâŠÂ quĂ© saquen la flamenca que llevan dentro. Una mujer fuerte y segura de sĂ misma, la directora de su propia vida. Que se agarra al suelo con templanza y lista para arañar en cualquier momento si hace falta y torear a la vida con la mejor sonrisaâŠÂ

Tengo experiencias y anĂ©cdotas para contar a todas las mujeres; las de barrio , las cayetanas, las conflictivas, las adictas, etc. Y siempre con mi lema de que para salir huyendo de cualquier situaciĂłn, lo mejor, ÂĄ practicar el atletismo! âŠÂ  Mi tĂo me llamaba Atleta de la Danza , decĂa ; Mientras  tengas las piernas y el corazĂłn fuerte, ÂĄpodrĂĄs volar! .Â

This year Esther thought that her Angel would be very busy due to the current pandemic situation and also that it would be a coincidence that another year happened.

After the experience of teaching classes with a mask?
