La Atleta de la Danza como la llamaba el campeón y fundador del atletismo en Valencia, su tío y entrenador personal Don Emilio Ponce.

Bailarina y coreógrafa internacional de Flamenco Estilizado, titulada por el Real Conservatorio de Música y Danza de Madrid.

Maestra durante 10 años en los prestigiosos estudios de flamenco de Madrid Amor de Dios y durante 2 años en Nueva York. Crea su propia escuela y la dirige durante 5 años en Los Angeles, 1 año en Miami, y en Moscú recibe en sus clases a más de 200 alumnas. Tras 2 años en París, ahora llega a Valencia para crear el Centro de Arte Flamenco Estilizado, donde por primera vez en una escuela de flamenco las clases serán impartidas por Esther Ponce en inglés, a los grupos de las 17:15, 18:30 y 19:45.

Comparte escenario como primera bailarina y artista invitada con figuras como Alfredo Kraus, Joaquín Cortés, Diego el Cigala, Raphael, Rocio Jurado, Concha Velasco, Alicia de la Rocha, Carmen Linares, Antonio Canales, Martes y trece, etc.

Trabajando en escenarios importantes del mundo cómo el Opera House de Sídney, Teatro Calderón de Madrid, Liceo de Barcelona, Palau de la música de Valencia, y un largo etc alrededor del mundo.
