We had a very special Experimental Flamenco at \u201c Mi Torito\u201d following with a nice walk in a typical Valencia\u2019s boat at the Albufera, where the rice we use for this paella is grown. MAYA is in reference to MAYA PLISETSKAYA since I never thought that in Moscow during the three months that I was teaching I could find a \u00abBailaora\u00bb with as much level and with a body as if it were Maya Plesiscaya being simply a ordinary person\u00a0 and a normal
\u00a0bussineswoman.<\/p>
